Finally done!
Well, I finally completed my custom basement cabinets. I think they turned out quite well. Not commercial grade quality, but not shabby either. I think they need shelves above them, but Gem wants the full expanse of countertop visible. We'll keep negotiating and, regardless, they wouldn't be started until the polyurethaning (warm) weather returns.
On to the next project. 83 to go!

Thanks, CJ. It's a bit hard to see (why can't I take pictures with my digital camera that are in focus?), but there are five thin strips on the panels that, along with the pulls, give them an Arts & Crafts feel. Beth suggested the spacing of these strips and I think it works very well.
yeah, they look great! put your turntable on top and you got a whole home improvement suite. :)
way to go!
